Fresh from our own hop yard to the kettle the very same day, this once-a-year lagered ale bursts with bright Centennial character—think zesty citrus peel, fresh-cut grass, and soft floral lift over a clean 2-row malt backbone. Light–medium body, smooth bitterness, crisp finish. Brewed in an extremely small batch and meant to be enjoyed at peak freshness.
